I ordered a Cookware Set from Wayfair and another Cookware Set from another company last month, the couch came within 2 weeks, the Cookware Set, still hasn't arrived. I want to thank Wayfair for fulfilling their end of the sale. Service was great, shipping was fast, and delivered with care. I only wish they had the other Cookware Set as I'm quite sure I'd be enjoying that as well right now. I at 1st felt Wayfair prices were a bit higher than other retailers, but I'm at the point I'd rather pay the extra just to rest assured that I will receive my order. I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. Great prices and super-fast shipping! Dealing with customer service reps can be frustrating sometimes, but I've worked in customer service before so I know it's not an easy task all the time.
I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.

I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume).
