We ordered a Cookware Set which had been difficult to find, and when the Cookware Setarrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.
These Oneida Oneida 10 Piece Hammered Cookware Set was my first purchase. When I saw it online it really sparked an interest. When I received it I was so excited by the beauty of it. So simple but very personal. I am very impressed with him. It could have done better to fit the elegance of the Cookware Set.

I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and they consistently advertise products with accurate descriptions and pictures. I recently bought a Cookware Setthat didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a Cookware Set that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.

I ordered a Cookware Set from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip.
