I have recently purchased a number of items needed to set up a new home. Some products worked out; some didn't, or couldn't be shipped in time. However, throughout, I have spoken with countless Wayfair employees who have been helpful, respectful, understanding and empathetic! They always, always make things right, no exceptions.
This Cookware Set was cheap and it looks like expensive Cookware Set, when I bought it I'm thinking of buying a few more. I am very impressed with this product!

These Cookware Sets are so large and delicate. Is very pretty. I bought one for myself and my friend. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a cute Cookware Set. Great gift for any age! Looks a bit cheap, but still very cute!

We ordered a Cookware Set which had been difficult to find, and when the Cookware Setarrived it was defective. Wayfair immediately granted a full credit with no hassle. It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.

They work hard to make things right, I am very articular about things and if I am not happy with an item I buy online I expect the same service as I would get from a local store. If you call customer service you will be satisfied with results every time.
These are beautiful and very high quality Cookware Set. Now I have bought this for my special and it is one of their favorites that they carry all the time! You will not be disappointed !! It is very nice, and seems to be a high quality piece. Beautiful!
This may have changed over the years but as of present, wayfair customer service has been absolutely phenomenal to work with. They've issued me credits even when I did not ask for one. They're available to chat most of the time as well.

I have been ordering from Wayfair for years and they consistently advertise products with accurate descriptions and pictures. I recently bought a Cookware Setthat didn't match the web description; Wayfair imediately provided a shipping label and the shipping cost for the return was minimal. Many places charge so much to return a Cookware Set that in the past I kept the item instead of returning it.

I ordered a Cookware Set from Wayfair recently and was glad to see that it would be arriving before my upcoming trip. I found out late in the process that the delivery would be delayed and was freaking out! So by being int ouch with the customer service dept. I was eventually put on the line with J. He is a delivery specialist, and he saved the day! He not only coordinated it all, but even got it there on a Sunday for me! I want these BergHOFF International BergHOFF International Essentials 7 Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set's are every color! The fit is perfect and true to its size. I love this furniture! This online shop has amazing service. I have used them several times. My last order had an item that was damaged. They took care of me, no argument no hassle just replaced the order. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was received in good condition and if I needed any additional assistance... they get how to take care of customers!
Wayfair has a great selection of furniture and decor with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of 1-7 days is excellent for customers even though one of the carriers is awful. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer's needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation with a sectional that, supposedly, one of the carriers delivered but I never got it. Wayfair contacted the carrier to verify what happened and they said that the driver left it on the first floor of my building, but he never called to notify me about. The customer service representative immediately processed a replacement of the furniture and I got it in 7 days.
